Why I became a life coach
Hi, I’m Sondra Shepherd. Being outdoors has always been my happy place. I enjoy hiking with our two dogs and collecting rocks. I love being a wife, mom, and grandma. I’m passionate about making a positive difference wherever I am and whoever I’m with. I’ve experienced many heartbreaking situations and have climbed up out of the ashes. I’ve worked hard to thrive in life. I’m still on that journey. I’ve learned we don’t have to be perfect before we can help others. I’ve taken the classes, earned the certifications, and put in thousands of hours…but LOVE is my greatest teacher–really LOVING and living life with all its ups and downs.Please come along for the adventure…I promise to sit with you and really listen–deeply from my heart. Sondra began facilitating massage therapy sessions in 2002. She understood that we store our experiences and emotions within our physical bodies. This led Sondra on a quest for more knowledge and skills to help her clients in all areas of their lives. For the last 25 years, she has studied and applied numerous healing modalities as a Utah Life Coach and Massage Therapist.
